Monthly meetings are every 3rd Wednesday at a specific place determined by the President or his representative.
Our meetings are primarily to update each other of the events coming up and to make the plans to keep them on track.
There may be special meetings called...by changes in schedules.
Annual meetings are held in the month of April at 2:00pm.
15 members shall constitue a quorum.
Vacancies occurring due to illnesses, resignation or death shall be filled for the remainder of the term by the President.
Conduct shall always be of exemplary character.
