Organized in 1920, the object of this Association is by and through social and personal intercourse to maintain, promote, and memorably perpetuate the many friendships formulated while in active service as members of the Pittsburgh Bureau of Fire.

TO BE A MEMBER:
1. A member has to be on the list of personnel receiving a pension, in good standing with Pittsburgh Fire Fighters Local #1.
2. Must be referred to a Membership Committee and must have completed no less than 10 years of active service.
3. By making a remittance of the regular yearly dues.

TO BE AN OFFICER OF THIS ASSOCIATION:
1. Submit their name prior to December 31 the previous year.
2. Must have attended (2) prior annual April meetings.
(There are more criteria in the Constitution and By-Law booklet.)
